Jade Bourelle
President & CEO, Talent Technology Corporation

Jade Bourelle co-founded Talent Technology Corporation (TTC) in 2000. An innovator in the recruiting and training industry for the past 15 years, Jade was previously an executive search consultant and the founder of TeleSkill Human Resource Solutions, a telecommunications recruitment firm. He co-founded Canada's 'Top 40 Under 40' business awards and was the executive director of the Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs (ACE), an international organization dedicated to helping university students start businesses. Jade currently serves on the International and Vancouver Board of the Entrepreneurs Association (EO).

Paul Lancaster
CFO

Paul Lancaster has over 25 years of experience in growth technology organizations including TSX and NASDAQ financings, strategic partner negotiations, strategy development, internal and external financial reporting, and corporate communications. This includes over 12 years at Ballard Power Systems including roles as Vice President, Corporate Development, and Vice President, Finance. There he was involved in raising over $1 billion from public and strategic investors and was part of the negotiating team for all of Ballard's strategic relations with companies such as Daimler-Benz AG, Ford Motor Company, Ebara Corporation, and Alstom SA. He is a Chartered Accountant and has Bachelor of Commerce and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Saskatchewan.

Praj Patel
Executive Vice President, Industry Sales and Partnerships

Praj Patel brings 22 years of international experience in management, sales and marketing, channel development and technical roles in both Fortune 1000 and rapid growth start-up organizations. Prior roles include VP, Delano Technology (ASP Division) as well as various marketing/management roles with Open Text Corporation & Apple Computer in Europe and North America. Praj most recently served as General Manager for Talent Technology's Resume Mirror business unit where he was responsible for all aspects of business strategy and execution including sales, marketing and product development. Before joining Open Text, Praj was the Managing Director at SCT UK Ltd., a document management software and services company he co-founded in the UK and Holland, and was involved in negotiating the sale of the company to Open Text.

Will Kelty
Vice President, Enterprise Sales

With 17 years experience in the technology industry, Will Kelty has held sales and marketing management positions in several firms. In addition, he was responsible for business development and technical services activities for well known companies such as Caere and Visioneer. As President of MagnaWare (acquired by Talent Technology in 2006), he oversaw the growth of the organization to profitably serve several Fortune 1000 customers and build strategic partner relationships with Oracle/PeopleSoft and SAP. Will holds a BA in Political Science from Swarthmore College.

James Thomas
Vice President, Marketing

James Thomas brings over 15 years of international experience in product marketing, product management, field and channel marketing, public relations, analyst relations, and investor relations for small and large corporations. Prior to joining Talent Technology, James was the VP of Product Marketing for the Business Intelligence and Enterprise Information Management product lines at SAP AG. James was a key contributor to numerous growth initiatives at Crystal Decisions including new product rollout, competitive replacement programs, brand support, and market awareness activities through press, analysts, and investors.  He was instrumental in the successful acquisition of Crystal by Business Objects driving complex pricing integration, product roadmap creation and delivery, and sales and customer education, and identifying solutions and go to market programs targeting mid-market organizations.  After the acquisition of Business Objects by SAP, James drove numerous strategic projects including the general manager of the Crystal Reports and Xcelsius businesses, executing agreements with key technology partners, supporting new pricing, packaging, and go to market for new Software as a Service offerings, and developing messaging and go to market plans for several product releases. Tim Lang
Vice President, Product Strategy

Tim Lang brings over 18 years of international experience in product management, business development, partnering, software engineering, marketing and management for small and large corporations. Prior to joining Talent Technology, he was the VP of Product Management (Reporting and Visualization product lines) at SAP AG, where he was responsible for software engineering, software testing, and product management.  Previously, he was responsible for Product Management across the Business Intelligence business (SAP Business Objects).  He drove product management for the enterprise product at Crystal Decisions during the transformation of Crystal Decisions from a desktop software company to an enterprise solution and was instrumental in the successful acquisition of Crystal by Business Objects. After the acquisition of Business Objects by SAP, he drove numerous strategic projects including the strategic product partnering, and product management for the Business Objects Business Intelligence product line.  Tim has extensive international experience living and working in Australia, Japan, France, and Canada and holds a degree in Information Management from The University of Melbourne (Australia).  You can also follow him on twitter at @van_timlang.

Rick Barfoot
Vice President, Development

Rick Barfoot has spent over 7 years focused on talent management technology. He was the co-founder of Revsolutions Inc, which was acquired by Talent Technology in 2002, and was involved with software design and development of the ResumeBreaker product. Prior to his involvement in the HCM space, Rick held various production support roles at Northern Telecom, Honda, and Husky Injection Molding Systems. Rick holds degrees in Systems Design Engineering and Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo.

Terry Hibbert

Prior to Talent Technology, Terry was the Director of Human Resources at Intrinsyc Software where she was responsible for managing all hiring and human resources functions.
